I will keep this post very short. When sending post service or purchase email surveys, the one thing you must do is evaluate your subject line. Does it entice your customers to open the email? Or, is it very simplistic and lack engagement?
We’ve all deleted emails from companies we’ve done business with because we read the subject line and immediately dismissed it. Companies spend a considerable amount of time evaluating conversion results for marketing emails but what about survey results to understand how they delivered the product or service?
